Happy Friday, friends! The weekend is finally here, and I couldn’t be more excited. Are you looking forward to unwinding and recharging? Personally, I can’t wait to snuggle up on my couch with a steaming cup of coffee tomorrow morning, catching up on all the blog posts and inspiring projects I’ve missed during the week. If your weekend plans include taking a breather and diving into some fabulous home inspiration, you’re in for a treat—this week’s Best of the Nest Spotlight features some truly incredible projects that you won’t want to miss!

Carol’s Luxurious Bathroom Transformation

Let’s kick things off with Carol at CAD Interiors, who shared a jaw-dropping bathroom makeover that has me dreaming of redoing my own master bath. Her use of floor-to-ceiling marble herringbone tile is nothing short of stunning. The elegant pattern and classic texture create a luxurious spa-like retreat, proving that a little creativity and vision can completely transform a space. If you’re a fan of clean lines and timeless elegance, you’ll want to take notes from this incredible before-and-after reveal. Trust me, this one will leave you swooning.

Draven’s Coastal Blue Dresser Makeover

Next up, Draven at Draven Made worked some serious magic with a dresser makeover that left me speechless. She gave a tired old piece of furniture a whole new lease on life with General Finishes Coastal Blue paint—a rich, deep hue that’s as sophisticated as it is striking. You won’t believe the transformation until you see the “before” photo! The finished piece is a masterpiece, and it’s inspired me to grab a paintbrush and try my hand at something similar. If you’re looking for a weekend project, this one’s a perfect candidate.

Kristin’s Clever Measuring Cabinet

Kristin at Modish and Main brought practicality and style together with her chalkboard measuring cabinet. She organized her collection of measuring cups and spoons in the most ingenious way, turning a simple cabinet door into a functional work of art. It’s such a clever idea, blending organization with a touch of charm. I don’t know about you, but I’m already mentally rearranging my kitchen to incorporate this genius solution. Functional and pretty? Yes, please!

Tracy’s Stunning DIY Settee

One of my favorite DIY projects this week comes from Tracy at Right Up My Alley. She tackled a reupholstery project that most of us would find daunting—a delicate settee that now looks like it belongs in a designer showroom. I shared this beauty on Instagram because I couldn’t keep it to myself. Not only is the end result absolutely gorgeous, but Tracy’s determination to take on such a challenging project is inspiring. It’s a reminder that stepping out of our comfort zones can lead to incredible results.

Nicki’s Midcentury Modern Record Player Revival

Nicki at Sweet Parrish Place brought new life to a vintage midcentury modern record player. This before-and-after transformation is pure magic! She maintained the piece’s retro charm while giving it a fresh, modern update that makes it a true showstopper. Whether you’re a fan of midcentury design or just love a good furniture revival, this project is sure to spark your imagination. I’m already brainstorming ways to breathe new life into some of my own vintage finds.

Feeling Inspired?

With so many amazing projects featured this week, how can you not feel inspired to start your own DIY adventure? Whether it’s a small project like Kristin’s clever kitchen organization or a bold undertaking like Tracy’s reupholstered settee, these creators have shown us that with a little effort and creativity, the possibilities are endless.

A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who joined February’s Best of the Nest party. My co-hosts Kris, Jennifer, Pam, and I are always blown away by the creativity and talent shared each month. A special shoutout to Jenna at Rain on a Tin Roof for being our Guest of the Nest this month—you helped make it extra special!

If you missed this month’s party, don’t worry! The next Best of the Nest is happening on Friday, March 27. We’d love for you to join us and share your favorite project from this month. It’s always such a joy to see the incredible ideas and transformations that everyone brings to the table.

As we head into the weekend, I hope you find a little time to indulge in what brings you joy. Whether that’s catching up on inspiring blogs, tackling a creative project, or simply enjoying some much-needed downtime, make it count. Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope these Best of the Nest features leave you as inspired as they did me. Have a fantastic weekend, lovelies!
