How To Cut Lemons & Limes For Garnish | Quick Tip Tuesday

A must-know method for your summer entertaining!

1//  thoroughly wash a lime (or lemon)

2//  slice in half from one pointed end to the other

3//  make a cut across the center (pith) of the lime with the tip of the knife (don’t go all the way through)

4//  slice each half into 4 wedges*

5//  hang a wedge on the side of a glass using the slit you made in step 3

And of course,

6//  fill with a lovely summer cocktail or mocktail!

*Each half can also be sliced into 8 thin wedges to make the lime go a little further.

You can also slice some of the wedges in half and place in a bowl on a self-serve beverage center for guests to help themselves.
