Cinnamon honey butter – it’s the perfect confection to make for neighbors, friends and family for the holidays!

Just four simple ingredients – softened butter, confectioner’s sugar, honey and cinnamon. You can find the whole recipe at the end of this post but let me show you how easy it is to make!
Whip them all into a frenzy for a minute or so, then scrape the bowl with a rubber spatula to make sure you got all that yummy goodness at the bottom of the bowl.
4 oz. glass mason jars are perfect for your butter. I love the fancy diamond quilted ones for gift giving!
Use two spoons to scrape the butter into the jars. I find that 5 jars are perfect for an almost-full jar.
This makes a lovely gift for neighbors or friends, especially with baked goods! Buy fresh croissants at your local bakery or favorite grocery store, wrap them up in cellophane bags, and tuck the cinnamon butter in next to them.
If you’re going to be an overnight guest this Thanksgiving or Christmas, consider giving your hosts a breakfast basket complete with cinnamon honey butter, croissants or scones, and the fixings of breakfast beverages like coffee, tea and cocoa.

Yield: Approximately 5 4oz. Jars
Cinnamon Honey Butter
An amazing confection for pancakes, waffles, toast or croissants!

Ingredients
- 1 cup salted butter (2 sticks)
- 1/2 cup confectionary (powder) sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
Soften refrigerated butter on counter for a half hour.
Place all ingredients in mixer bowl and whisk for about a minute.
Scrape sides and bottom of bowl and mix again until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Divide butter up into 4 oz. Bell jars or a bowl; cover and refrigerate.
